Mr. Wang Xuanqian – Executive Director
Mr. Wang is an Executive Director and the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He is also the CEO of Natal Portland Cement in South Africa and the technical director of Huaxin Overseas operation. He is a national registered senior engineer in China. He holds a bachelor degree in Materials’ Science from Wuhan University of Technology and he is a PHD candidate in Materials Science. Mr. Wang joined Huaxin in 2007 since he graduated from university, he started his career as a junior process engineer in Wuxue Plant, since then, he worked in Huaxin technical center, Huaxin PME, Huaxin CIP, Huaxin Overseas, Natal Portland Cement in South Africa. Mr. Wang was a senior process engineer, project managers, Head of process and production at Huaxin group.
He was appointed to the Board of Lafarge Africa Plc on the 30th of August 2025.
