Mr. Lin Zhang- Non-Executive Director

Mr. Zhang holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and master’s degree in business administration, and is a Chinese Certified Public Accountant. His career with Huaxin spans over 30 years. Prior to his appointment as Internal Audit and Internal Control Director, he served in different roles as Head of Financial Department for Xiantao Company, Head of Financial Department for Yichang Company, and Chief Financial Officer for Zhaotong Company, Deputy Head of ERP Department, Head of Internal Control Department, Financial Director of Overseas Business Unit, Head of Internal Audit and Internal Control Department. 

He was appointed to the Board of Lafarge Africa Plc on the 30^th August 2025
