Assessment and improvement.
Lafarge has developed a number of assessment and improvement tools:
- The annual assessment interview allows each employee receive Career development guidance from his manager. The interview covers strengths and areas that require improvement of the individual.
- This interview is also the opportunity to establish an individual development plan (IDP). The Plan represents a mutual commitment between you and your Manager on Priority development targets, concrete actions to achieve these targets, resources needed, timing for completion and ways to measure success.
- Employees can participate in a 3600 process in which managers and colleagues provide Constructive feedback to help the employee improve and move towards excellence
